Writing Spaceship Mechanic has been one of my favorite projects. Solving galactic problems with equal parts humor and mechanical skill has been a fun challenge. I started the series wanting to step away from military science fiction and create a lighter read with equally satisfying solutions. Hearing that readers find Spaceship Mechanic as satisfying to read as it is to write has made the experiment worthwhile.
